The supply problems of last winter “could certainly happen again. Last year was a confluence of events. Early indicators for this year are slightly positive. Corn is in at the same rate as last year. Propane inventories are growing much faster this year than they have in the past, and the growth in propane exports is less than last year. But the Cochin reversal could have an impact.”

County resolution calls for New York to approve propane storage facility
