EIA: U.S. propane exports increase rapidly
The United States became a net exporter of propane in 2010, and exports have been rapidly increasing since around that time. Senate bill would boost business with tax break on equipment, property

Sen. Pat Roberts, R-Kan., introduced legislation to amend the U.S. tax code and make permanent a 50 percent depreciation bonus on new equipment and property purchases. According to Roberts’ office, the bill would allow businesses to deduct half the cost of new purchases immediately. Learn more about what the legislation potentially means for your business.

The power of 'thank you'

The best way to express appreciation to someone is with a written note, writes Reliable Propane's Ken Albrecht. Do you remember how you felt when someone unexpectedly thanked you for something you had done? We are naturally drawn to people who appreciate what we do. Saying “thank you” in business today seems almost Pollyanna-like, but Albrecht says there is more to the gesture.
